Milana

 Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub is an American comedian, actor and activist. She was born in Soviet Union to Jewish immigrants and began her career after her move from Israel to the United States as a child actor. She gained notoriety for her appearances in AT&T commercials on TV as salesperson Lily Adams from 2013 to 2016, and then from in 2020. She was a regular host of the Yahoo! Screen science-fiction comedy Other Space (2015). In addition she was a series regular on Yahoo! Vayntrub was originally chosen to play the character Squirrel Girls in Marvel Rising's unaired pilot for New Warriors in 2018, has voiced the character since. Vayntrub is a Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic (USSR) native and a Jew. Her parents, who were both at the age of two, came to America to escape antisemitism. They were settled in West Hollywood. She began acting in Mattel Barbie commercials at the age of five, due in part to the family's financial troubles. Vayntrub briefly attended Beverly Hills High School. She dropped out of school following her sophomore year. She earned an GED and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Communication) from University of California San Diego. She was a member of improv comedy group the Upright Citizens Brigade.
